Our Story
Welcome to BCC Dessert and Cake (also known as La Casamia and Casamia Paris)
Established in Brisbane in 2003, BCC Dessert and Cake is a proudly family-owned patisserie renowned for its dedication to quality and tradition.
At BCC, we craft authentic, indulgent desserts for connoisseurs of fine sweets. Each creation—from our elegant cake slices to our signature Crème Brûlée—is prepared on-premise from scratch using only premium ingredients.
Led by our visionary on-site pastry chef, we infuse creativity into every detail, ensuring each dessert is artfully presented and tastes as exquisite as it looks. Our repertoire includes a wide selection of refined cakes, such as mousse, fresh cream, cheesecake, pudding, vanilla bean, and ice cream varieties.
